Generation of Demurrage Bill Demurrage/Detention Charges in case of PFT shall be payable by the TMC and has stated
Government of India (भारत सरकार) Ministry of Railways (रेल मंत्रालय) (Railway Board) (रेलवे बोर्ड) No.TC-I/2020/103/efile/1(3326889) New Delhi, dt.18.02.2021 Chief Commercial Manager(kM) NCR Sub: Generation of Demurrage Bill Ref: NCR’s letter No.2010/Comml/M&R/385/PFT Scheme/Pt-1 dt.09.02.2021 Please refer to NCR’s letter under reference enclosing a letter from Association of Private Terminal Operators wherein it is requested that as per extant policy of PFT, Demurrage/Detention Charges in case of PFT shall be payable by the TMC and has stated that Demurrage Charges bill are not being generated in the name of TMC. In this regard.
