Sub: Generation of Demurrage Bill
Ref: NCR’s letter No.2010/Comml/M&R/385/PFT Scheme/Pt-1 dt.09.02.2021

Please refer to NCR’s letter under reference enclosing a letter from Association of
Private Terminal Operators wherein it is requested that as per extant policy of PFT,
Demurrage/Detention Charges in case of PFT shall be payable by the TMC and has stated
that Demurrage Charges bill are not being generated in the name of TMC.

In this regard. CRIS has informed that the module for Handling Agent has been
implemented in FOIS/TMS and TMC can be registered as a Handling Agent in TMS for
the purpose of generation of Demurrage Bill for PFTs.
