Sub: Capturing of indents and generation of Railway Receipts through system in
case of Military Traffic
Ref: Board’s letter No. TC-I/2020/8/efile/1-Part(1)(3329130) dt.07.02.2025

Please refer to Board's letter under reference regarding guidelines for capturing of indents
and generation of Railway Receipt through the system in case of Military Traffic.

It has been informed that at present, the Indenting Module in case of Military Traffic is
available on FOIS portal and accessible through Internet as well as Intranet(FOIS Net).
Competent authority has now decided that the Indenting Module in case of Military Traffic
should be regulated with limited access available on Intranet (FOIS Net) only.

CRIS/FOIS may take necessary action in coordination with Zonal Railways.
