Subject: Station Coaching Balance Sheet (SCBS) training on introduction of electronic- Treasury Remittance (e-TR) and One-to-One Mapping. Ref: Minutes of Meeting held in the chamber of Addl Member (Commercial) circulated vide Railway Board Letter No. 2024/TG-1/6/3 dated 05.11.2024 As per the directives of the Railway Board, the e-TR system is scheduled to be rolled out on 1st December 2024. To facilitate this, CRIS is in the process of implementing the following features for the Station Coaching Balance Sheet across all Zonal Railways: 1. Unification and mapping of balance sheet items (account heads) in UTS and TAMS. 2. Implementation of the e-TR Note within the Station Coaching Balance Sheet application. To familiarize Railway staff with the new process flow changes introduced with this software release, an online training session on the SCBS application has been organized for Zonal Railways. All concerned station staff may be advised to join meeting 15 minutes before the schedule meeting time for smooth conduct of the training session as per the above schedule.
