Sub: Station Coaching Balance Sheet (SCBS) - Training Reg. Ref: CRIS letter No. CRIS/ HQ/ PRJT/ 116/ 2023-UTS Dated 13.06.2024. copy of above referred letter is enclosed. CRIS vide letter referred above, has communicated that CRIS is in the process of implementing the following functionalities in the Station Coaching Balance Sheet application 1. Unification and mapping of balance sheet items (accounts heads) in UTS & TAMS ii. Implementation of e-TR Note under the SCBS application ili. Handling account-audited items: receiving them back at the station & sending station actions on these items back to TAMS. 2 Considering this significant software release, an Online training session on SCBS application for all Zonal Railways is being planned by CRIS on 24.06.2024 to provide a comprehensive over-view and One-to One mapping release and setup of divisional and Zonal level point of contacts. The meeting link will be provided to all Zonal Railways in due course by CRIS. 3. CRIS further mentioned that there are numerous operational issues in balance sheet preparation that should have been resolved by the respective Zonal Railway rather than being reported directly to CRIS. To address this, Zonal Railways need to nominate a Nodal point of contact for each division and Zone. 4. Zonal Railways may kindly nominate a Nodal point of contact for each division and Zone and advise their details to CRIS by 21.06.2024 positively for imparting the above said training under intimation to this office. f > ° - (4 [os 024, (S. CRIS is in the process of implementing the following functionalities for the Station Coaching Balance Sheet across ail zonal Railways, including: 1. Unification and mapping of balance sheet items (account heads) in UTS and TAMS. 2. Implementation of e-TR Note under the Station Coaching Balance Sheet application. 3. Considering this significant software release, it is planned to organize an online training session on SCBS application for all Zonal Railways on 19.06.2024 at 11:00 hours. The meeting link will be provided to all zonal Railways in due course. A comprehensive overview of the Balance Sheet functionalities will be provided during the training session. The analysis of the Station Coaching Balance Sheet call records indicates numerous operational issues in balance sheet preparation that should have been resolved by the respective Railway support personnel, rather than being reported directly to CRIS.
