Para 2.2 of Chapter-IV of the GPWIS Master Circular stands amended as under: of the rake, Railway may use the rake for loading — with the consent of the party — if Railway- owned rake is not available for loading. For such loadings, written consent shall be taken from the party, which shall be valid for a specific period/specific number of times - as mentioned by the party in the consent letter. 2.2.1 Such loading shall be done only from the zone in which the approved loading terminal lies to the zone in which the approved unloading terminal lies. After utilization of party's rake by IR as per the consent, Railway shall hand over to the rake to the party at a location where the party has placed its next GPWIS indent.
