In this regard instructions have already been issued that from 1* March 2023, all balance sheets for goods traffic should be prepared through TMS and submitted electronically. Now the development and testing in respect of Coaching Balance Sheet is also completed. It has, therefore, been decided that from the date of issue of this letter, all e-CR Notes for coaching traffic should be generated through the system (UTS) and transmitted electronically (non-editable, read only) along with relevant documents from UTS to TAMS. No manual Balance Sheet will be sent for the month of February 23. For this purpose, TA office will update the closing balance in Balance Sheets of January'23 in TAMS.
