Sub: Deployment of ticket checking staff in ticket checking squad
for productive works.

लि _ With a view to ensure appropriate manning of reserved coaches,
instructions have been issued vide letters referred to above stipulating the
following limit for deploying ticket checking staff in the squads:-

Zonal Railways having: | INot exceeding 15% of the ticket checking
suburban section istaff on Roll.
Zonal Railways not | Not exceeding 07% of the ticket checking
having suburban section staff on Roll

2. ‘Some instances of non adherence of the guidelines indicated above have

been reported. All zonal Railways are, therefore, once again advised to suitably
adjust staff strength of ticket checking staff working in ticket checking squads
according to stipulated percentage mentioned in the letters referred to above, if
not already done, so as to ensure proper manning of reserved coaches of the
