of GOVERNMENT OF INDIA (भारत सरकार) MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (रेल मंत्रालय) (RAILWAY BOARD) No.2014/TG-V/5/1 New Delhi, dated 07.03.2018 The Principal Chief Commercial Managers, All Zonal Railways. (Addendum to Commercial Circular No. 24 of 2014) Sub: Ticket Checking by TTE Squad of Zonal Railways in Rajdhani, Duronto, Premium and Sampark Kranti Express within Zonal jurisdiction. Vide Commercial Circular No. 24 of 2014 referred above instructions were issued regarding conducting of checks in Premium Trains like Duronto Express trains and Rajdhani/August Kranti Rajdhani Express trains by Zonal ticket checking squads. 2. Onrequest from Zonal Railway for allowing divisional squads to conduct surprise checks in Premium trains like Rajdhani, Shatabdi & Duronto Express Trains, the matter has been examined and it has been decided that the Central Ticket Checking (CTC) Squad of Ministry of Railways and Anti Fraud Squad of the Zonal Railways which is manning the Rajdhani, Shatabdi & Duronto Express trains on end to end basis can conduct surprise checks on these trains.
