Sub: Priority in the matter of reservation for rail travel by Members
Please refer to Board’s letter of even number dated 15.11.2006
(Commercial ‘Circular No. 97 of 2006) on the subject quoted above enclosing
therewith a copy of the lists of 41 persons indicating the names of the members
and officials of the council with the instructions that necessary assistance may be
extended to them in the matter of grant of priority in rail reservation for the next 3
years i.e. upto 11.10.2007. The Press Council of India has now advised the names
of new members of Press Council of India which have been notified on 07.01.08
- for the next three years i.e. upto 06.01.2011-and has requested that the facilities
mentioned abo कै may be extended to these members. Accordingly a list of 30
persons indicating the names of Chairman, Secretary and Hon’ble Members and
14 persons indicating the name of Officers and staff members of the Council is
enclosed.

विषय: भारतीय प्रेस परिषद् के सदस्यों को रेल यात्रा के लिए आरक्षण के
मामले में प्राथमिकता. ः' .
ऊपर उद्धृत विषय पर बोर्ड के 15.11.2006 के समसंख्यक पत्र (2006 का
वाणिज्यिक परिपत्र सं.97) का अवलोकन करें, जिसके साथ परिषद् के सदस्यों एवं
अधिकारियों का नाम दर्शाती हुई 41 व्यक्तियों की सूची की प्रति इस अनुदेश के साथ
भेजी गई थी कि अगले तीन वर्ष अर्थात् 11.10.2007 तक रेल आरक्षण में
प्राथमिकता प्रदान करने के मामले में उन्हें आवश्यक सहायता प्रदान की जाए.
भारतीय प्रेस परिषद् ने अब भारतीय प्रेस परिषद् के नए सदस्यों के नाम सूचित किए
हैं, जिन्हें अगले तीन वर्ष अर्थात् 06.01.2011 तक के लिए 07.01.2008 को
अधिसूचित किया गया है. तदनुसार, अध्यक्ष, सचिव एवं माननीय सदस्यों के नाम
दर्शाती हुई 30 व्यक्तियों और परिषद् के अधिकारियों और स्टाफ सदस्यों के नाम
दशति हुए 14 व्यक्तियों की एक सूची संलग्न है.
| रेल मंत्रालय अपेक्षा करता है कि तदनुसार सभी संबंधितों को सूचित किया
कृपया पावती दें.
