Sub: Utilising accommodation of extra coach attached as Emergency
Quota.

Some cases have come to notice in which emergency quota was enhanced
without written authority of the competent authority.

2. Whenever accommodation in extra coach is required to be utilized as
Emergency Quota or emergency quota is to be enhanced, the same should be done
with the approval of CCM or DRM. Such approval will be taken in writing.
