Sub: Installation of Automatic Teller Machines {ATM).
Please refer to this Office letter of even number dated 22.1.2001
(Commercial Circular No.3 of 200 1) wherein broad terms and conditions -
for installation of ATMs were circulated to, all Zonal Railways. In item.
No.3 of the Annexure ’A’ of the letter referred: to above, it has been . |
advised that for installation of ATMs, a ground accommodation of 6’X6’ _
may be provided
Representations have been received from .the Zonal Railways that .
since the ATMs are also reqilired to issue tickets the space of 6X6’ is >
inadequate and have requested for allowing allotment of space of 10’K10’ .
for this purpose
Accordingly, the matter has been reviewed.in. this office and it has
been decided that for installation of ATMs, ground accommodation
measuring 10’X10’ may be provided. However, there should be no © +="
development on station platform not to constrict platform width

विषय :- ऑटोमेटिक टेलर मशीन (ए टी एम) लगाना,
कृपया इस कार्यालय के दिनांक 22. 1.2001 के समसंख्यक पत्र (2001 का वाणिज्य
परिपत्र सं.3) का अवलोकन करें जिसमें सभी क्षेत्रीय रेलों को ए टी एम लगाने के लिए व्यापक
नियम एवं शर्तें परिपत्रित की गई थी. उपर्युक्त पत्र के अमुबंध "a" की मद सं. 3 में यह सूचित
किया गंया है कि ए टी एम लगाने के लिए 6५6'के भूखंड की व्यवस्था की जाए,
क्षेत्रीय रेलों से अभ्यावेदन प्राप्त हुए हैं कि चूंकि fend जारी करने के लिए भी ए टी एम
अपेक्षित है, अतः 6x6 का स्थान अपर्याप्त है तथा इस प्रयोजन के लिए 10x10 का स्थान
आबंटित करने की अनुमति के लिए अनुशेध किया है.
तदनुसार, इस मामले को इस कार्यालय में समीक्षा की गई है तथा यह विनिश्चंय॑ किया गया
है कि ए टी एम लगाने के लिए 10x10 माप के भूखंड की व्यवस्था की जाए. बहरहाल, स्टेशन
प्लेटफार्म पर कोई ऐसा विकास नहीं किया जाएं जिससे प्लेटफार्म की चौड़ाई कम हो जाए.
