Restoration of Concession on the certificate issued by Basketball Federation of India since the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports have recognized the Basketball Federation of India
भारत सरकार GOVERNMENT OF INDIA रेल मंत्रालय MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS रेलवे बोर्ड RAILWAY BOARD COMMERCIAL CIRCULAR NO. ¥7 OF 2017 No. TCII/2035/15/Basketball “Rail Bhavan, New Delhi, dt. 2 ¢ 11.2017 The Principle Chief Commercial Managers, All Zonal Railways. Sub: Restoration of Concession on the certificate issued by Basketball Federation of India Ref: Board’s Commercial Circular No. 58 of 2017 dated 01.08.2017 Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports vide their letter and order dated 26.07.2017 have advised that they have decided to grant recognition to Basket Federation of India with Shri K. Govindraj, Shri Chander Mukhi Sharmna and Shri V. Raghothaman as P:resident Secretary General and Treasurer, respectively. Accordingly, Ministry of Railways have now decided that since the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports have recognized the Basketball Federation of India No.2-B, Sagar Apartments, 6, Tilak Marg, New Delhi, therefore, concession in passenger fare as per Rule should be given on the certificate issued by the Basketball Federation of India for Basketball Sports. Authority given to Secretary, Sports Authority of India or Executive Director(Teams) from Sports Authority of India should be treated as withdrawn in the field of Basketball There are no other changes in the rule and other terms and conditions.
