Sub: Restoration of Concession on the certificate issued by Netball Federation of India Ref: Board’s Commercial Circular No. 58 of 2017 dated 01.08.2017 Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports vide their order dated 04.09.2017 have advised that they have decided to grant recognition to Netball Federation of India with Shri Vagish Pathak, Shri Hari Om Kaushik and Shri Rakesh as President, Secretary General and Treasurer, respectively. Accordingly, Ministry of Railways have now decided that since the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports have recognized the Netball Federation of India, 1027/21, Prem Nagar, Rohtak, Haryana, therefore, concession in passenger fare as per Rule should be given on the certificate issued by the Netball Federation of India,Rohtak for Netball Sports. Authority given to Secretary, Sports Authority of India or Executive Director(Teams) from Sports Authority of India should be treated as withdrawn in the field of Netball. There are no other changes in the rule and othér terms and conditions. Necessary instructions may be issued to all concerned immediately ‘= Ensure action accordingly.
