This Office letter of even No. dated 06.03.2014 . (ii) Commercial Circular No.43 of 2016 dated 19.08.2016 Concession to Sportsmen on the certificate issued by Indian Amateur Boxing Federation for participating inthe tournaments: was withdrawn. Further vide Comercial Circular No.43 of 2016 dated 19:08.2016, it was decided that Secretary, Sports Authority of India or Executive Director(Teams), Sports Auhority of India will issue concessional certificate to the Boxing Sports persons. Now, Ministry of Railways desire that since Ministry of Youth Affairs and. Sports have recognized the Boxing Federation of India (BFI), 319, Udyog Vihar, Phase-IV Guru Gram, Haryana , therefore, concession in passenger fare as per Rule should be given on the cettificate issued by Boxing Federation of India for Boxing sports. Authority given. to Secretary, Sports Authority of India or Executive Director(Teams) from Sports. Authority of India vide Commerical Ciréular No. 43 of 2016 dated 19.08.2016 should be treated as withdrawn in the field of Boxing. _ There is no other change in the rule and other terms and conditions. | .
