In partial modification’ to Commgr cial Circular No.58 of 2017 dated 01.08.2017,
Ministry of Railways desire that since ae suspension of Volleyball Federation of India and
All India Carrom Federation have been revoked and restored their recognition by the
Department of Sports, Ministry of Youth Affairs &Sports,. therefore on the concession
certificate issued by both these Federations for concession in Railway fare to their respective
' sports persons shall continue and accordingly authority given to Secretary, Sports Authority -
of India or Executive Director(Teams) from Sports Authority of India should be treated as -
withdrawn. ' थी '
