Ref: CC No.58 of 2017 dt.01.08.2017 ‘ 4 As per 8. Nos. 1 & 2 of annexure to Rule 101 of IRCA Coaching Tariff No. 26, Part I (Vol. I), Sportspersons participating in tournaments are eligible for rail travel concession as per rule. Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of India, vide letter No.9-12/2017-SP-I dt. 03.01.2018 has advised that the recognition of the following sports federation have been suspended or withdrawn for the year 2018 due to some dispute. In this case, concession to sports persons will be granted on concession certificate issued by the Secretary Sports Authority of India or Executive Director (Teams) from Sports Authority of India,.
