Sub: Restoration of Concession on the certificate to be issued by Judo Federation of
India and Cycle Polo Federation of India

Ref: Commercial Circular No. 24 of 2018 dated 19.04.2018

In partial modification to Commercial Circular No.24 of 2018 dated 19.04.2018,
Ministry of Railways desire that since the suspension of Judo Federation of India and Cycle
Polo Federation of India have been revoked by the Department of Sports, Ministry of Youth
Affairs & Sports, therefore concession in passenger fare as per Rule should be granted on the
certificate issued by the above organisations for their respective sports persons with
immediate effect. Accordingly authority given to Secretary, Sports Authority of India or
Executive Director(Teams) from Sports Authority of India should be treated as withdrawn for
these two Sports disciplines.

There is no other change in the rule and other terms and conditions.

Necessary instructions may be issued to all concerned immediately o—™~
