«x>pyenclosed) wherein it has been clarified that non official members of
the <x>mmitteesare not permitted to use State Emblem on their letter heads
etc. except with the permissionof the Government. Referenceshave
recently been received seeking clarifications whether non official
membersof Users' ConsultativeCommitteescan useIndianRailwayLogo
on theirletterheads.
The matter has been examined and it is clarified that DOnofficial
members of Railway Users' Consultative Committees and NRUCC are not
permitted to use Indian Railway Logo on their letter heads.
