Sub: Streamlining the procedure of release of Out-station Quota

Please refer to this office letter of even number dated 16.08.2011
(Commercial Circular No.41 of 2011) on the subject quoted above wherein
detailed instructions regarding feeding of Outstation Quota in the PRS have been
advised to all Zonal Railways.

2. With a view to maintain the uniformity as well as correct interpretation in

MIS reports and Data Warehouse reports, the following strategy is being adopted
in defining various Out-station Quotas:

कृपया उपर्युक्त विषय पर इस कार्यालय का दिनांक 16.08.2011 का समसंख्यक पत्र (2011
का वाणिज्यिक परिपत्र सं. 41) देखें जिसमें पीआरएस में आउट स्टेशन कोटा फीड करने के संबंध में
विस्तृत अनुदेश सभी क्षेत्रीय रेलों को सूचित किए गए हैं ।

एमआईएस रिपोर्टों एवं डाटा वेयरहाउस रिपोटों में एकरूपता बनाए रखने और सही व्याख्या
करने की दृष्टि से विभिन्न आउट स्टेशन कोटा निर्धारित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित कार्यनीति अपनायी
जा रही है :-
