New Delhi, dated 24 7.2002 Copy to the Generai Secretary, IRCA, Chelmsford Road, New Delhi for issue of correction slip to above rules as under: (i) In rule 305(6)(b) & 401.2(c), for the words “The charges should be paid in full” substitute “All charges should be paid in full at journay originating station”. (i) in rule 305(2)(a) & 401(a)(c), the last sentence i.e. "The security deposit will be —-----extra detention etc.” may be deleted as it is already covered under Condition No. 11 & rule 401.8. (ii) First sentence of Condition 11 after rule 313 & rule 401.8 i.e. “The Station Manager of the journey ----------excess detention charges” may be revised as "The Station. Manager of the journey originating station will grant refund of security deposit and over-charges, if any, on completion of the tour, after deducting all due charges, including the excess detention charges.” (iv).
