401.8 of IRCA Coaching Tariff No, 25, Part.{ (Vol. 1) regarding refund of -
security deposit in respect of Special Train/Coach () itis clarified that no
refund of security.deposit will be granted if the Folder and/or the Ticket Is lost
or both are not deposited in original (.) Necessary clarifications may be
{ssued to staff concerned immediately (.)} This disposes off Southern
Railway's letter No. C.518/III/P/Vol.V dated 29,9.2000 and C54 B/INES/2000/4
dated 21.12.2000 () The Rule in this regard may be seen under

At the end of (i) Condition 11 of rule 313: and ह rule 401.8, the following sentence
may be added: ः
“No refund will be granted if the Folder and/or the Ticket is fost or both
are not deposited in original.”
> “aft फ़ोल्डर और/या टिकट खो जासा है या दोनों मूल रूप में जमा "नहीं
किये जाते हैं तो धन वापसी नहीं की जायेगी
