Corrigendum to Circular No.12 (Commercial Department) issued vide Board’s letter No. 99/TGIV/Halts/Policy dated 17.5.99 है The commission payable to the halt contractors will be as under:
GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (RAILWAY BOARD) No.99/TGIV/Halts/Policy New Delhi, dated 8 .9.2000 The General Managers, All Zonal Railways §3 ( Commercial Deptt Circular No. of 2000) Sub: Corrigendum to Circular No.12 (Commercial Department) issued vide Board’s letter No. 99/TGIV/Halts/Policy dated 17.5.99 The issue regarding commission payable to the halt contractors has been under review in the Board’s office for quite some time. It has now been decided that jn partial modification of above noted Board’s circular dated 17.5.99 ibid, para V may be read as under :- - , है The commission payable to the halt contractors will be as under: Sales turnover in Rs. Commission payable -1-15,000 : 15% (minimum Rs. 500/-) 15,001-50,000 12% 50,001-1,00,000 co 9% 1,00,001-2,00,000 6% 2,00,001 and above . 3% - If the sales turnover is Rs. of 35000 + 9% of 50,000 + 6% 6000 + 3000 = Rs. 19,950. 3,00,000, the commission would be 15% of 15000 + 12% Kindly acknowledge receipt, Pp — (Dt P.K.
