Unreserved Ticketing System(UTS) Cluster of stations in an area, to issue tickets for journey

Sub: Unreserved Ticketing System(UTS). हूँ Commercial Circular No 42 of 2003) _... Please refer to this office fetter of even number dated 8.7.2002 (Commercial Circular No.43 of 2002) wherein detailed guidelines were issued to zonal railways for installation of UTS, The matter has been reviewed in this office and it tras been decided that: - 1) The advance. period of issue of unreserved tickets through UTS, which is presently 30 days, should be. reduced to 3 days (excluding the day of journey) " 2) The facility of any where to any where ticketing will not be- provided on UTS. The system should only perrnit a -. Cluster of stations in an area, to issue tickets for journey commencing from any of these cluster statlon to any destination The cluster stations will include those ~ stations, which serve the particular City/Town/Metro.
