“GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (RAILWAY BOARD) No.98/TG.111/631/13 New Delhi, dt.6.6.2001 Ai Ladin Retbees Mana r/Catering (Cotrigendum to Commercial Circular No.56 of 2000 issued under 7 Board’s letter No.98/TG.111/631/13 dt.26.09.2000)- os Board had uniformly revised the rates of tea/coffee vide Commercial Circular No.56 . of 2000 dated 26.9.2000. ‘The revised rates were applicable to the products dispensed through AVMs also, Southern Railway have suggested to Board that zonal railways may be allowed to determine tariff of items being dispensed through AVMs and uniform tariff may not be applicable to such items. Board has examined the matter and it has been decided to delegate powers to che ronal railways with regard to the fixation of rates of products including tea/coffee being dispensed through AVMs on their respective railway systems. ' . Commercial Circular No.56/2000 is modified as follows:- . Para 3(2) & 3(3) - The word ‘including’ should be read as ‘excluding’.
