Sub: Discontinuation of SOFT Scheme
Ref: ह) Commercial Circular No 4 of 2005 dated 21.02.2005
(ii) Commercial Circular No 5 of 2006 dated 17.01.2006
1. The Scheme for Frequent Travellers (SOFT) has been reviewed and it has
been decided that the scheme should be discontinued.
2. Necessary action may be taken by Northern Railway to reconcile and settle any
outstanding SOFT related claims with IRCTC.
3. Action taken in this regard may be apprised to this office.
4. This issues with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of Ministry of
Railways.
