To undertake
a holistic review of implementation
status of osap scheme along with targets for
proliferation
of OSOP
outlets
during
2023-24,
a meeting
of Sr DCMs
of all Divisions
was
conducted
in Board's
office on 21.04.2023
and 25.04.2023.
The suggestions
received
from Sr
DCMs
regarding
review
of the policy
have been
examined
in Board's
office and following
modification/addition
in the extant asap policy has been approved by the Competent Authority:

Tribal
Cooperative
Marketing
Development
Federation
of
India
Limited
(TRIFED)lNationa1
Handloom
Development
Corporation
(NHDC)/ Khadi and
Village Industries Commission (KVIC) etc.
c)
Self
Help
Groups
registered
with
PMEGP
(Prime
Minister's
Employment
Generation Programme).
d)
Marginalized
or
weaker
sections
of
society.

of allotment
of OSOP
Outlets will be for a period of 15 days with a
nominal registration fee of n 000 (inclusive of
constructed
by
Zonal
Railways
as
per
designs provided
by
National
Institute of
Design,
Ahmedabad
and
approved
by
Railway Board.

fixed
stalls

stalls or trolleys.

taking into consideration

will
be

by
Zonal
Railways
as
per
designs provided
by National

Design,
Ahmedabad
and
approved
by
Railway Board.

Marginalized
or
weaker
sections
of
society.

craftsmen

associated
with
registered
micro
enterprises
on the Udyam
Portal
of
the Ministry
of MSME and NGOs.

Individualsl

etc.
