Ref: Instructions issued vide No. 2023/TG-1/20/82 dated 08.11.2023 (Commercial Circular No. 23 Of 2023) Please refer to instructions referred to above wherein the guidelines for earmarking _ of accommodation in LSLRD coaches attached in fully reserved trains like Duronto Express trains and methodology to be adopted for catering facility were issued. 2. The matter has been further examined and the following has been decided:- i. The portion earmarked for PwDs having four seats (2 lower for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and 2 upper for their companions) may be given the Coach Identity “DD-1” while the second passenger portion having 30/3 1/or more seats may be earmarked for general passengers and given the coach identity “DL-1 .” ii. The portion of LSLRD earmarked for PwDs may be fired as Sleeper class while the portion earmarked for general passengers may be fired as 2S reserved class and the fare may be charged accordingly. 3. Necessary instructions may be issued to all concerned accordingly.
