Sub: Modifications in YTSK policy |

Ref: ‘Commercial Circular Nos. 35, 37, 39, 40 & 45 of 2014 and 21 & 59
of 2015

In the YTSK scheme issued/modified vide instructions mentioned above, there

is a provision for realization of system accoss charge from the YTSK licensee @716--- >

lakh per terminal at the time of each renewal. Further, instructions were issued vide
CC No. 55 of 2017, inter-alia, advising that in case YISKs desire to have separate
PRS and UTS terminal, the same may be provided to them. However, the entire cost
for its installation as weil as recurring cost of its maintenance shall be borne by the
licensee

2. A clarification was sought by Northern railway regarding realization of system
access charge for the separate UTS terminals provided to YTSK licensee. ‘The matter .
has been examined in Board’s office and it has been decided that no system access
charges should be realized for exclusive ULS counter provided to YTSK for issuing
only unreserved tickets from their premises. CRIS shall, however, ensure that only
unreserved tickets are issued from such counters and there is no scope of issuing
reserved tickets from these. counters

3. Necessary instructions may be issued to all concerned

विषय: वाईटीएसके नीति में आशोधन।
संदर्भ: 2014 के वाणिज्यिक परिपत्र सं. 35, 37, 39, 40 & 45 और 2015 के 21 एवं 59.

उक्त उल्लिखित अनुदेशों के तहत जारी/आशोधित की गई वाईटीएसके योजना में, वाईटीएसके
लाइसेंसधारी से प्रत्येक नवीकरण के समय 1.6 लाख प्रति टर्मिनल की दर से सिस्टम vada प्रभार
वसूत्र करने का प्रावधान है। इसके अलावा, 2017 के सीसी सं. 55 के तहत अनुदेश जारी किए गए थे,
जिसमें अन्य बातों के साथ-साथ यह सूचित किया गया था कि यदि वाईटीएसके पीआरएस और यूटीएस
टर्मिनन अलग-अलग चाहते हैं, तो उन्हें वह प्रदान किया जाए। बहरहाल, टर्मि
