The Magisterial scheme for check and prevention of ticketless travel on Indian Railways was last extended upto 31.3.2002. 2. The Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) have decided to extend the scheme for a further period of three years i.e. from 1.4.2002 to 31.3.2005. The posts of Railway Magistrates may, there, be extended accordingly in.consultation with your FA&CAO. , 3.
