Leamed counsel for the applicant Shri Walia submits that the respondents have applied the policy of reservation in the matter of financial upgradation which is against the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited vs. R. Santhakumari Velusamy & others (2011) 9 SCC 510. He further states that similar order has been stayed by Jabalpur Bench and Principal Bench of this Tribunal. In view of the above, issue notice to the respondents returnable on 26.07.2023. In the mean time, interim relief in terms of Para 9(a) of the O.A. is granted. DASTI.
