SWRs of all the Stations shall be available at Control Office. Operating Branch at Divisional Office. Crew/Guard Booking Depots. S VELRAJ <!-- Slide number: 18 --> Correction/Review: Maximum 5 corrections are permitted to a SWR. If 6th correction is required, a fresh SWR shall be issued. Index for correction memo shall be maintained. Correction shall be issued in the form of Page replacement. If there is any variation in SWR with actual at site, SM in-charge shall bring it to the notice of DRM‟s office for making necessary corrections. SWR is valid for 5years. Then it shall be reviewed. S VELRAJ <!-- Slide number: 19 --> Declaration: SM in-charge and Duty SMs shall read and understand the SWR before taking duty at a Station. They shall declare & sign for the same in “Declaration Register”. A fresh declaration shall be obtained, if they are absent for consecutive 15 days.
