1) Railway Board has decided vide their letter under reference that Group ‘B’ shall be carried out to fill up the
Gazetted vacancies, by holding 30% LDCE through centralized CBT by RRB/Ajmer, for the assessment period from
01.01.2025 to 31.12.2026 (including anticipated vacancies up to 30.06.2027).

2) The calendar for 30% LDCE Group ‘B’ has been circulated vide Railway Board’s letter no. E(GP)2024/2/37
(3477173) dtd.12.12.2025.

3) Notification vide this office letter no. E.1024/Optg/Panel/LDCE/Pt.X(CBT30%)-2025, dated 22.12.2025 and
Syllabus (Annexure A) have been uploaded in HRMS.

4) In terms of Railway Board’s letter no. E(GP)2024/2/37 (3477173) dtd.12.12.2025, the application for the
aforesaid LDCE shall be submitted through HRMS. In this connection User Manual (Annexure B) is also uploaded.
The last date for the submission of application by the eligible employees is 11.01.2026.

5) The Personnel Branch Officer/Establishment Officer of respective unit, duly certifying eligibility against each

individual candidate and should be forwarded applications through HRMS within the target date i.e. 17.01.2026
to concerned officials of HQ unit.

6) Notification vide this office letter no. E.1024/Optg/Panel/LDCE/Pt.X(CBT30%)-2025, dated 22.12.2025,
should be given wide publicity to all the eligible staff including staff who are working in the Construction/Project
Organization on deputation, on training and or in any ex-cadre Organization as well as all the office units and
should also be displayed on the Notice Board so that all the eligible candidates may note the contents of this
notice and desire to apply their applications through HRMS as well as to avoid any cause of further complaint.

7) Notification vide this office letter no. E.1024/Optg/Panel/LDCE/Pt.X(CBT30%)-2025, dated 22.12.2025 is also
being uploaded on official website of Eastern Railway i.e. http://10.4.2.21/personnel/ through Rail-Net.
