Vide Freight Marketing Circular No. 05 of 2017 dated 31.03.2017, powers ind been delegated to Zonal Raways to finalise the ‘composition of parcel rakes for wansporation of fruits and vepcables including Mango talc subject to the condition that the parcel rake ‘composition in respect of such tfc shall not be lower than 1 peel vans.
