Ref () Freight Marketing Circular No13 of 2019 dated 24.05.2019, (i) Freight marketing Circular No.14 of2019 dated 07.06.2019 In continuation of instructions contained in Boar's above referred Circulars, Ministry of Rallways have decided asunder: (Exemption from 100% weighment, subject to random 20% weighment of perishable tems (including Mango, Banana nd Orange trafic) transported In all types of parce rakes comprising of pacce vans (VPU/VPHL/VP ete.) (2. Punitive charges for overloading beyond the carrying capacity of ll ypes of parcel rakes comprising of parcel vans (VPU/VPH/VP etc. for transportation all perishable (including Mango, Banana and Orange trafic) shall be @R- Seale plus €10,000/, instead है times of Seale lus €10,000, (4) Mango, banana and Orange traffic transported in CN /BCX/BCNA/BCNANS ‘wagons on concessional parcel scale rates shal also be exempted frm 100% Wwelghment, subject to random 20% weighment; and punitive charges for overloading if any, shall also be ale plus %10.000/- Instead of 6 times of Reale plus 10,000 2.
