Sub: Permissible Carrying Capacity (PCC), Loading Tolerance etc. of ACT 1 , ACT2 and
ACT3 wagons.
Ref.: Rates Master Circular/PCC/CC+8 etc./2020/0 and Corrigendum No. 93 & 97
thereto; and Rates Master Circular on Block Rake/Mini RakefTwo Point Combination
etc. 2020/0 and corrigenda thereto.
1. In terms of Corrigendum No. 93 to Rates Master Circular on PCC/CC+8 etc./2020/0,
commercial specifications of ACTI and ACT2 wagons were notified. The same has
been reviewed and the Competent Authority has decided to revise the commercial
specifications of ACTI and ACT2 wagons. It has also been decided to notify the
commercial specifications of ACT 3 wagons.
2. Accordingly, in supercession to Corrigendum No. 93 to Rates Master Circular on
PCC/CC+8 etc./2020/0, the commercial specifications of ACTI, ACT2 and ACT3
wagons shall be notified as under:
