Reference i. above, conditions for various transportation products have been notified in terms of these circulars and are valid up to 30.06.2024. . Reference ii. above, Two/ multi points (loading as well as unloading) for automobile traffic is also allowed with levy of supplementary charge @ 5% for Two points and @20 % for Multi points. . Matter has been reviewed and the Competent Authority has granted approval to . advise the following: i.Mini Rake shall continue to be charged as per the extant guidelines. ii.TWo point/ Multi point rake shall continue to be charged as per the extant guidelines. iii. Two/Multi loading/unloading points for automobile traffic shall continue to be charged as per the extant guidelines. iv. The minimum number of wagons in a BCNHL rake to be loaded for train load benefit shall continue to be 42 wagons. 4. These guidelines shall be in continuance of the above conditions beyond 30.06.2024 for a further period of one year i.e. upto 30.06.2025. 5. All other terms and conditions associated with the traffic shall remain the same.
