Ref: Rates Master Circular/2016 dated 14.07.2016 on Block Rakes/Mini Rake/Two Point Combination etc. and its Corrigenda No. 1 to 29 & Corrigenda No. 5 & 10 of Rates Master Circular/PCC/2015/0. Rates Circular No. 6 of 2016. Guidelines for Transportation Products like Block Rakes; Mini Rake (covered wagons; Two Point Rake (covered wagons); Multi Point Rake (covered wagons); Two and Multi Point Rake (other than covered wagons); Rakes from Two Originating Terminals (covered wagons); and Rakes from Two Originating Terminals (other than covered wagons) have been notified in the terms of the above referred Rates Master Circular and Corrigenda thereto. In supersession, the Competent Authority has decided to issue revised consolidated guidelines on the above cited subject. This Rates Master Circular is a consolidation of all the extant guidelines issued on the subject. While all care has been taken in preparation of this circular, if any discrepancy is noticed, it is requested to bring the same in the notice of the Board immediately for taking corrective action. Zonal Railways will ensure that wide publicity is given to this circular. Steps should be taken to ensure that Railway official fully understand these guidelines and implement them correctly. This circular shall come into force w.e.f. ©. 0°)..2020 and shall remain in force till further advice.
