It is to state that extant
guidelines
regarding
advance
stacking
at Railway
premises are prescribed
vide Para 7.0 of Chapter-Il
of circular
under reference(i),
which are self contained;
and clearly indicate that stacking can continue
even after
lapse of advance stacking period; i.e. till supply of wagons.
