Chief Commercial Manager Western Railway Sub: Waiver of Ground Usage/Wharfage Charge Ref: (i) Chapter-III of Rates Master Circular/Demurrage-Wharfage-Waiver/2016/0 and subsequent amendments (iii)Board’s letter No.TC-I/2019/201/6(3298964) dt.16.07.2021 Please refer to WR’s letters No.C.613/1 Vol.XV/2648 dt.17.04.2024 & dt.06.08.2024 wherein it is mentioned about a case of delayed levy of Ground Usage/Wharfage Charge beyond the stipulated time on . LSFTO rakes at Boisar goods shed and as the waiver could not be applied through online module, the customer has requested for manual waiver by condoning the delay. The matter has been examined and it has been decided that in the instant case, waiver application of the customer may be dealt manually duly keeping in view the existing Schedule of Power vide Board’s circulars under reference. However, this should not be treated as a precedence.
