In terms of the powers granted to Zonal Railway Administration for modifying the Rules under
Ref.(1) and powers vested with the competent Authority, PCCM and PCOM vide Board letter under
Ref (2), the following restrictions on limiting of registration of automobile indents at Bidadi (BID) goods
shed in SBC Division are imposed from 16.10.2023 to 15.04.2024.

1. Limitation in registration of indents:- The number of indents that can be registered
by a customer is limited to a maximum of 03 (three) per day for a destination.

2. Limitation in total number of indents registered by a customer:- The total number
of demands that can be registered by a customer at any point of time is limited to 20.

3. Enhancement of Wagon Registration Fee:- Wagon Demand Registration Fee is

enhanced to Rs. 2 Lakhs per indent from the present Rs.1 Lakh

The competent authority reviewed and the above arrangements have been extended for a
period of one more month , i.e. upto 15.05.2024.
