Ref: (i) Rates Circular No.69 of2009 and its corrigendum dt.30.03.2010
(ii)Board's letter No.TC-I/2009/201/2 dt.16.03.2010
Reference has been received regarding free time for loading/unloading for parcel rake
comprising of GS Coaches.
The matter has been examined and it has been decided to prescribe following free time in
case of parcel rake comprising of GS Coaches by inserting an additional Para 3.2.3 in Rates
Circular No.69 of 2009, as under:
"Para 3.2.3: Free time for Parcel rake comprising of GS Coaches
