Corrigendum No.59 of Rates Master Circular/Demurrage-Wharfage-Waiver/2016/0 भारत सरकार GOVERNMENT OF INDIA रेल मंत्रालय MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (रेलवे बोर्ड RAILWAY BOARD) No.TC-1/2024/201/efile/5 (3473922) New Delhi, dt.14.07.2025 General Manager All Zonal Railways Sub: Free time for BCNHL rake in case of EOL terminals Ref: Rates Master Circular/Demurrage-Wharfage-Waiver/2016/0 and its amendments One of the Zonal Railways has requested to prescribe separate free time for BCNHL rakes in case of EOL terminals. Para 2.5 of Chapter-l of Rates Master Circular/Demurrage-Wharfage-Waiver/2016/0 prescribes guidelines regarding free time for loading/unloading in case of EOL terminals. The matter has been reviewed and it has been decided to prescribe separate free time for BCNHL rakes in case of EOL terminals, as under: Type of rake EOL free time (hours : minutes) BCNHL Rake Covered Rake (other than BCNHL Accordingly, Para 2.5 of Rates Master Circular/Demurrage-Wharfage-Waiver stands modified. These guidelines will be implemented w.e.f. 17.07.2025.
