Sub: Provision of single OTP valid for whole day in case of Surrender/Transfer of eT-
RRs by consignor to consignee

The issue of ease of transfer of eT-RRs by consignor to consignee has been examined. At
present, the process of working with single OTP valid for whole day has been made for placing of e-
demand. FOIS/CRIS is requested that similar provision may also be provided in case of
surrender/transfer of eT-RRs from consignor to consignee.

This will facilitate faster transfer of eT-RRs through a single OTP and benefit major Coal
customers dealing with higher number of indents/RRs in a single day.

CRIS/FOIS is requested to develop the above functionality in the system, under intimation to
all Zonal Railways and Board.

This issues in consultation with Traffic Transportation directorate of Railway Board.
