(1i)Corrigendum No.4 dt.03.07.2015 to Rates Master Circular/PCC/2014/0

Please refer to Board’s letter under reference(ii) vide which an advance copy of
notification dt.10.07.2015 regarding Railways(Punitive Charge for overloading of
wagon)(Amendment) Rules, 2015 was issued and it was advised that printed notification
will be circulated in due course

In view of above, copy of printed Gazette Notification dt.10.07.2015(English &
Hindi version) is enclosed herewith.

The above-mentioned notification may be added in the list of ‘ANNEXURE’
referred on page 3 of the Rates Master Circular/Weighment/2014/0.

This issues with the concurrence of Finance Dte. of Ministry of Railways.

सा.का.नि. 550(अ).--केन्द्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 की 4.24) की धारा 87 के उपधारा
(2) के खंड(घ) के साथ पठित उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, रेल (वैगनों की अधिक लदाई
के लिए दंडात्मक प्रभार) नियम, 2012 में और अधिक संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है,
अर्थात््‌:-
1. (1) इन नियमों का का संक्षिप्त नाम रेल (वैगनों की अधिक लदाई के लिए दंडात्मक प्रभार) (संशोधन)नियम, 2015

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. रेल (वैगनों की अधिक लदाई के लिए दंडात्मक प्रभार)नियम, 2012 अनुसूची में -
(i) स्थिति-क में भाग- ॥ के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित भाग रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्‌:-

(i) बीसीएनएचएल वैगनों के लिए
