Sub : Launch of Compassionate Appointment Module of HRMS on pilot basis.

The development of Compassionate Appointment Module, one of the sub-modules of
Cadre Management Module has been completed. It has been decided by the Competent
Authority to launch the Compassionate Appointment Module of HRMS across all units on pilot
basis w.e.f. 01.04.2025.

2 The field units may follow the following guidelines after the launch of Compassionate

Appointment Module of HRMS :-

(i) Subsequent to the launch of the module, all new cases for compassionate
appointments shall be processed through HRMS module only.
(ii) | The existing applications received till the launch of Compassionate Appointment
module of HRMS may be processed as per the existing process.
(iii) | The data relating to existing compassionate appointment may be preserved, however
the same are not required to be migrated to the HRMS module immediately.
(iv) | For data monitoring, a table will be provided shortly in HRMS for feeding the
progress of legacy cases.
(v) The training sessions for the module will be conducted in a phased manner, schedule
for which will be issued separately.
