Sub : Launch of Reservation Module of HRMS on pilot basis.

The development of Reservation Module of HRMS has been completed in
consultation with E(SCT) Directorate of Railway Board. The testing of the module was
organised at CRIS office on 25" and 26" April, 2024 which was attended by representatives
from Railway Board, ER, NR, NWR and ICF. Thereafter, the module was put on testing
mode in the above four Railways. Based on the testing cum feedback reports, necessary
modification have been carried out in the Reservation Module by CRIS.

ee After reviewing the progress of the Reservation Module of HRMS, it has been
decided by the Competent Authority that the same shall be launched on pilot basis in Eastern
Railway, Northern Railway, North Western Railway & ICF with effect from 16" May, 2024.

3 The roster module of HRMS being launched is covering all roster related aspects of
non-gazetted employees through the promotional stream. The roster module will also
facilitate for the 200 point and L-14 point roster. The module also facilitates for vacancy
calculation covering all aspects involving reservation and generation of miscellaneous reports
required in connection with roster. After the launch of roster module of HRMS, all the roster
related activities shall only be carried out through HRMS. Detailed guidelines/modalities
have already been explained by CRIS team to the concerned during the course of training.

4, Feedback on the roster module of HRMS may be provided to Railway Board after
reviewing its progress post implementation by 29" May, 2024. Thereafter, the module will
be launched on Pan-India basis.
