Release of HHT Application version 2.8.4 The new HHT Client Application version 2.8.4 has been released on the production

Ref: GM/PMS/CRIS letter No. CRIS/ NDLS-HQ/ PMS/ IMP/ PHHT/ HHT/ CLIENT/ 0318/ PT-1 dated 03.12.2024. CRIS, vide above referred letter, has informed that new version of HHT Client Application i.e. version 2.8.4 incorporating a new module that displays complaints retrieved from RailMadad. Status of each complaint can be checked and appropriate remarks based on the evaluation by the Ticket Checking staff can be added to each complaint, in new HHT Client Application. The new HHT Client Application version 2.8.4 has been released on the production environment and the same can be downloaded from the URL https://hht.indianrail.gov.in.
