Intimation of Unmanned Coaches to the next leg CTI (admin) for manning-reg unmanned coaches to ensure 100% manning of trains.

Subject: Intimation of Unmanned Coaches to the next leg CTI (admin) for manning-reg. Reference: Dy. CCM/G/WR letter no. C 549/15/HHT to TTEs dated 22.05.2024. Western Railway vide above reference, informed that in order to ensure 100% manning of all coaches in trains atleast at one point of train manning; ticket checking staff has to be deployed leg- wise by CTI (SL) in coordination with CTI (SL) of earlier manning leg. Moreover, WR suggested that an arrangement may please be made for pop-up message to be delivered to CTI (SL)-Admin of the next leg of journey about the unmanned coaches and accordingly duties will be allotted to man the unmanned coaches to ensure 100% manning of trains. 2) Western Railway’s above suggestion seems justified and practical, as it will help all the concerned Divisions to plan their TTE-links and Roster as per the requirement; to achieve 100 % manning of reserved coaches of the trains. 3. CRIS is requested to kindly implement the Western Railway’s above suggestion immediately, so that, Zonal Railways may prepare roster accordingly. 4. This issues with the approval of CAO/PTS.
