Accordingly, the ‘Freight Marketing Master Circular 2026 on Leasing of Parcel Cargo Express Train (PCET)’ is enclosed herewith. 5: The Master Circular is in supersession of the earlier instructions issued on the above mentioned subject vide Board’s letters under reference. 5 These instructions shall come into force with immediate effect.
