NOTIFICATION for Sceret Ballot Elections (SBE-III) for recognition of Trade Unions on Indian Railways A Secret Ballot Election Committee (SBEC) has been constituted vide Railway
GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (RAILWAY BOARD) No. 2024/SBEC-III/Elections New Delhi, dated 30.08.2024 To, General Managers All Open Line Railways. Metro Railway Kolkata, RCF and CLW. Sub: NOTIFICATION for Sceret Ballot Elections (SBE-III) for recognition of Trade Unions on Indian Railways. A Secret Ballot Election Committee (SBEC) has been constituted vide Railway Board's order no. ERB-I/2023/23/60 dated 17.11.2023. 18.01.2024, 01.05.2024 & 13.08.2024. The Committee has been entrusted with the task to review/ update the existing modalities for holding the Secret Ballot Elections, supervise and conduct the same. 2. The SBEC invited comments from all the stakeholders and held extensive discussions (including during field visits) with them. Final modalities shall be uploaded on 09.09.2024. Election schedule as per Annexure — | is being issued for information of all concerned so that advance preparations can begin in right earnest.
